However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.
To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.

If you're planning to travel outside the UK you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.
Home visits should only be requested for those who are unable to come to the surgery because of serious illness and infirmity. They should be requested before 10:00 if at all possible.
Whenever possible we prefer to see you at the surgery; if you do not feel well enough to sit in the waiting room we can make alternative arrangements. Requests for visits will be taken by the duty doctor.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.
In-person or telephone interpreters can be arranged for all appointments. Please inform the receptionist at the time of the booking to have this arranged.
